Hi! I’m Kaytlen. I’m a Leo, Enneagram 3. The 28 year old girl behind this lifestyle blog. I have a passion for all things fashion, interior design and beauty. I also love cooking/baking in my spare time. I tend to always keep myself busy, but I adore the occasional lazy days at home (who doesn’t love to grab a bowl of popcorn and binge-watch Netflix?!). I have a degree in interior design. I design commercial spaces mainly, but I also design spaces and homes for my residential clients.
I have a wonderful husband, Dylan, who is my true soulmate. We got together in 2016, when I was 19 and he was 22. He proposed in November 2019 and we married October of 2019.
We had a beautiful baby girl, Evelyn Wren in 2023.
We live in a 115-year-old home in the heart of our small-town in Georgia. We’ve been updating our old home slowly while still keeping the character and historical charm it has now. My mother-in-law and father-in-law brought all their babies home to this house. Dylan and I brought our baby home here in 2023. We are coming up on nearly a decade of nesting here. It means so much to us.
When I’m not doing my most important and favorite job as a mother, I’m designing. Everything I do has a relation to design. Even when I am supposed to be relaxing, my brain is working, thinking of how I can elevate my space and make it more functional. I have said that my calling is to be a mother, but is also to be a designer. I’m so glad to say that I have both of my dream jobs!
Traveling is also something I am also passionate about. I love going on adventures and experiencing new things. I try to document all of my travel experiences, so be on the lookout.
